* What He Must Be...if he wants to marry my daughter - Voddie Baucham
* The Golden Thread by Norman Macleod; actually it is a compilation by Whole Heart Ministries - a must read for every family!!
* The Mark of the Horse Lord - Rosemary Sutcliff - makes me wish I were a screen writer - this book would make an AWESOME movie!!
* The Eagle of the Ninth - Rosemary Sutcliff - another really good book by one of my fave authors
* The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society - interesting look at how WWII impacted the islands around England - and a good read!
* The Hawk and the Dove Trilogy - by Penelope Wilcock - this book is awesome!!!!
* A Lantern in Her Hand - Bess Streeter Aldrich - the story of her mother's years on the Nebraska Prarie in the mid-1800's
* Grown-Up Girlfriends: Finding and Keeping Real Friends in the Real World - wonderful!
* Parenting the Adopted Child - must read for all parents of adopted children!
